Tops EL Chete

The Tops 'El Chete' is a large chopping knife with a blade of 30.5cm made of 1095 Carbon steel of a thickness of 6.29cm.- The 'EL Chete' blade comes with Tops' new 'Acid Rain'-Finish which is a bit different from knife to knife so every piece is unique.- The handle of 'El Chete' is made of black and brown** sandwiched  Micarta with a red separator in between.-

                    The 'El Chete' knife is shipped with a front-open Kydex sheath with a Pull-The-Dot-Snap so the large knife doesn't have to be pulled vertically out of the sheath but can be flapped out after opening the closure.-

                    TOPS offers 2 different sheath attachment for the El Chete, oneCopping features the 360° metal belt clip* known from a lot of other TOPS models and the Dangler attachment shown here.-

 

*We don't stock the belt clip version, but of course can order this version for you if it is still available.

 

**TOPS say this to be 'green' Micarta, but all the knives we have received till now the colour was brown, maybe with a little green tinge...
