The Duro Expedition One from Amare Knives is a kife designed for the great outdoors and for bushcrafting.- It features a blade of a length of close to 12cm made from Boehler K110 steel - also known as D2-steel - which has a very good wear resistance.
The blade of the Duro Expedition One is ground crowned and Amare Knives says that it's one of very few production knives with a convex ground joint of the same accurancy.
The Amare Knives Duro Expedition One has scales made of polished Sheesham wood, a very hard tropic wood cultivated in India and Pakistan.-
The knife is delivered with an untreated leather sheath which should be greased from time to time.
