Security warnings

Security warnings for high intensity lighting devices and Li-Ion batteries.

High intensity flashlights produce a strong beam of light which is capable of causing eye damages.- Don't look into the beam and don't light other people or animals directly into the eyes.-

The flashlights may get hot in service and can cause burns or fire if they are used improperly.

Take care that the passive cooling of the flashlight is not retarded or blocked.

The flashlights must not be operated in holsters or inside of packs or pouches or with covered cooling fins or covered lamphead to avoid overheating.-

Only Diving lights or lights which are expressively noted as "suitable for diving" must be used in or under water.-

The note "submersible up to ....meters" means that the flashlight will not be flooded if it falls into the water, it doesn't mean that the flashlight can be switched on/off or operated in or under water.

Lithium-Ion batteries may cause a fire or explosion when misused or mishandled.

Do not short circuit intentionally or unintentionally.

Do not store loose in your pockets, purse or drawer.

Do not use if battery is damaged in any way.

Do not modify, dissasemble, puncture, cut, crush or incinerate Li-Ion batteries in any way.

Do not mix and match brands and models, old and new, used and unused batteries.

Only chargers designed for the charging of Li-Ion batteries must be used.

Do not expose to liquids or high temperatures.-

Keep away from metal conductive objects to prevent short circuiting.-

If the battery emitts an unusual smell, feels hot (> 60°C.), changes colour or shape or appears abnormal in any way, charging or using must be stopped immediately.

High intensity flashlight and Li-Ion batteries must only be used by persons having an appropriate understanding of their potential dangers especially when they are misused.-

Keep away from pets, children and people suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's disease.-
