The Ontario TAK-1 model is a rugged medium sized outdoor knife. It features a close to 12cm powder coated flat ground blade made of 1075 carbon steel.- The handle scales are made of tan Canvas Micarta, at a length of a little more than 13cm the handle is suitable for larger hands as well.
The TAK-1 is shipped with a MOLLE-compatible Nylon sheath, which can be carried horizontally on belts as well for instance by the use of 2 Paracord loops (not included in delivery - mounted through the eyes of the sheath).-
With it's blade length of less than 12cm, the Ontario TAK-1 isn't affected by the ban of carrying in Germany and is an alternative of good value to the ESEE-4.-
